FAA Office of Human Resource Management SharePoint
When I joined the FAA Office of Human Resource Management (AHR), the employee intranet on SharePoint was a disconnected series of department pages, most of which hadn't been updated in months. Very few people ever visited the site because it was old, poorly organized, and held very little useful information.
I believed the site should be a tool for AHR leadership to communicate with employees, display upcoming events, provide information about the functions of each department and who employees could contact for help, and be a repository of department-wide communications and resources.
I was able to increase page views across the board, with views improving up to 150% on some pages.
